Danish esports organization OG has announced that they have benched and transfer listed Adam "NEOFRAG" Zouhar and Abdulkhalik "degster" Gasanov.

"As we enter the new season however, we have decided to build a new direction for the team and allow both of them [NEOFRAG and degster] to explore options for their futures," noted the OG statement.

The two players had been a part of the international lineup for nearly a year.

The benching of NEOFRAG and degster follows OG’s decision to part ways with Nikolaj "niko" Kristensen, after a four-month stand-in period as the team’s IGL following Nemanja "nexa" Isaković’s decisions to take a break from competition for personal reasons.

According to a report by esports journalist Guillaume "neL" Rathier, nexa will return  to the starting lineup while OG are also looking to sign Iulian "regali" Harjău after a strong stand-in performance with the team at IEM Dallas 2023.

neL also insists that Shahar "flameZ" Shushan is set to leave OG, however the organization has yet to confirm the move.

OG's active roster is now:

  • Shahar "flameZ" Shushan
  • Maciej "F1KU" Miklas
  • Casper "ruggah" Due (Coach)
