The PUBG Nations Championship is back, returning for its third addition, and second event post-COVID. The previous editions of the tournament, in 2019 and 2022, saw Russia and the United Kingdom lift that year’s trophies, respectively.
This year’s edition is set to start on September 15th and run until September 17th.

Teams attending
Sixteen countries from four different continents will be present in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, to compete for the title of the best country in PUBG. The team’s present are mostly the same this year, except for Denmark and India, who have taken the spots that Finland and Indonesia held last year. Each nation had its individual criteria for choosing which players would represent their respective countries.

How to watch PUBG Nation Cup 2023
The tournament will be broadcast on multiple platforms, including Twitch and YouTube, and additionally, a number of select countries will have their own broadcast in their native language: South Korea, China, Japan, Chinese Taipei [Taiwan], Thailand, Vietnam, Türkiye, Germany, Czech Republic, Spain and Brazil.

The matches are expected to start at 18:00 KST local time (09:00 UTC / 11:00 CEST / 16:00 ICT / 02:00 PDT)
Format, prize pool distribution
All 16 teams will play 6 rounds on each of the three days, for a total of 18 rounds. Teams are awarded points based on placing and number of kills in the round. The team that scores the most points at the end of the 18 rounds will be crowned the Grand Champion of the 2023 edition of the PUBG Nations Cup.
Prize pool
The tournament will distribute $300,000 USD in prize money to the 16 attending teams based on their placements, as listed below:
- 1st: $100,000
- 2nd: $40,000
- 3rd: $25,000
- 4th: $22,000
- 5th: $18,000
- 6th: $15,000
- 7th: $12,500
- 8th: $10,000
- 9th: $9,500
- 10th: $9,000
- 11th: $8,000

- 15th: $5,500
- 16th: $5,000
It should also be noted that 30% of the value of PUBG Nations Cup skins sold throughout the championship will be added to the total prize pool.
