As expected, Riot Games (together with Carry International) decided to open a new League of Legends Championship Pacific Arena. The newest facility, located in Datong District, Taipei, features all the latest industry innovations. The arena will make League of Legends even more popular in the Asia-Pacific region and allow fans to have a top-tier experience.
The Opening Weekend
As expected, the news regarding the new LCP Arena in Taipei spread like wildfire. There were tickets for the opening weekend, but the bad news is you won’t be able to go because all of them were sold on the day of release. This is a sign that the community is very interested and wants to see where they can watch the live LCP matches.
People who attended the LCP Arena’s opening weekend saw a lot of intriguing things. Among them was the trophy presentation to CTBC Flying Oster. There was also a special commemorative banner that was signed by each team’s representatives, partners and even Riot’s staff.
The Arena
When it comes to the LCP Arena, you need to know that it is near the Minquan West Road MRT Station. It will have Unilumin LED Displays, 136 seats, and an on-site merchandise store. Of course, people who visit will also find several food and beverage options.
If you wish to watch a match here, you will have to buy tickets and these tickets are sold per Match Day. The first clash that will take place here will be on Wednesday, and those wishing to get LCP Tickets can do it by going to the KKTIX website or FamilyMart in Taiwan.
The LCP Mid Season
As you probably know, the LCP Mid Season has already started, and it has very intriguing sponsors. Besides watching the matches in the new arena, League of Legends fans can also do that online. Don’t forget to follow Blix.gg for more information about this and any other League of Legends tournament.
