FURIA has made significant progress in recent days in the process of signing Arthur “Drufinho” Miguel after a trialling phase with several players,BLIX has learned. KRÜ’s Drufinho will replace Gabriel “caard” Cardoso in Rocket League’s FURIA active squad for next season.

In addition to the KRÜ player, the Brazilian organization considered Swiftt, a player who is on his way to Ninjas in Pajamas. BLIX knows that the only player who didn’t leave the FURIA testing phase was Yan “yanxnz” Nolasco and that the decision to change would be between Caard and Gabriel “lostt” Buzon.

    FURIA and KRÜ in 2022-23

FURIA’s 2022-23 season was marked by the team’s major change of region from Brazil to North America. In this first year “away from home”, the team that dominated Brazil only managed to qualify for one international tournament, Spring Split Major. FURIA ended the competition among the last placed after being eliminated by compatriot Ninjas in Pajamas. In the Gamers8 tournament, outside the RLCS circuit, the team showed a better face, beating teams like FaZe Clan and Karmine Corp, falling in the playoffs to Team BDS. According to BLIX.GG, a return to compete in Brazil for the 2024 season is not ruled out for FURIA.

On the other hand, KRÜ was one of the most consistent teams in Brazil. The team qualified for the Winter Split Major and the World Championship, always managing to put together good performances. The team that has already said goodbye to Pedro “Braad” Lima will have to go to the market for two players for next season.

Approached by BLIX, FURIA said: ‘œFURIA doesn’™t comment on market speculation’.

    FURIA’™s expected to be:

    • Yan ‘œyaxnz’ Nolasco
    • Gabriel ‘œlost’ Buzon
    • Arthur ‘œDrufinho’ Miguel
    • Mateus ‘œSTL’ Santos (coach)
