According to sources close to BLIX, Alexey "Sharkz" Taranda has reached a verbal agreement with Immortals to be the new head coach of the North American team in the LCS.
Sharkz is a coach with a great competitive background. He has been coaching since the beginning of 2015 at Vega Squadron and debuted as a jungler before, but his greatest achievements were as a coach. He has been with teams such as G2 Esports, Gambit, Giants, G2 Heretics, Ago Rogue and Flyqest, where he entered to coach in 2021 and has remained with the organization since then.
At the moment, BLIX can't say what exactly will happen with the Immortals roster in the LCS and this would be the first piece to be locked.
