According to sources with knowledge of the negotiations, BLIX understands that Fabian "Shyy" Usnayo has reached an agreement to depart Leviatán and join up with Latin American rival organization KRÜ Esports in the VCT Americas next year. KRÜ Esports was reportedly Shyy's desired destination for the 2024 season, with the player ultimately pulling the trigger on the move.

BLIX's reporting follows Lembo's own reporting stating that KRÜ had sent Leviatán a firm offer to acquire Shyy.

Additionally, sources have revealed that KRÜ Esports are targeting benched The Union player, Estevão "Askia" Ferreira, however this move is far certain as KRÜ is also weighing retaining the majority of their current formation.

These reported changes come after a mixed 2023 for KRÜ, which saw the team finish in last place in VCT Americas 2023 with a 0-9 record before rebounding in the Americas Last Chance Qualifier, finishing in first place with a 3-1 win over Leviatán.

While the team would bomb out of Valorant Champions 2023 after losses to Paper Rex and Giants, they made a good accounting of themselves in the latter half of the year.

Be sure to keep an eye on BLIX's Valorant portal as Alejandro "anonimotum" Gomis continues to bring the latest roster news from the off season.
