Ángel "DuaLL" Fernández Alvarez will join UCAM Tokiers as the new Support for this summer Split, sources told BLIX.GG on Monday. The deal is about to be closed pending the signing of the contract.
DuaLL is one of the players that fans of the Spanish Superliga have been clamoring for his return to the league. Along with Cantoursna "Nji" An, UCAM Tokiers would complete the requirements of national players to compete in the Spanish league, although Nji is French, he would have the LTR nationality due to the splits he has been competing in Superliga.
DuaLL is a well-known player in the Spanish scene as he has been competing since 2015 as support. He has played for some Spanish teams such as eMonkeyz, S2V, Team Queso, x6tence, Cream Real Betis, MAD Lions Madrid and Movistar Riders, leaving in the latter a great performance with his former teammate Maxlore. DuaLL comes from playing in the NLC with Bifrost, team that eliminated Barça eSports 2-0 in the Play-In of the European Masters. They were finally eliminated in the quarterfinals 3-0 against AGO Rogue.
Ucam Tokiers had a difficult season last split spring 2022 where out of a possible 18 wins, the Murcia team only managed to take three wins. DuaLL's incorporation to UCAM would be the second player to be unveiled of the UCAM Tokiers roster for the next summer split, where Mario "Motroco" Martínez has already been announced as the new Head Coach, today announced Rafael "Doxy" Adl Zarabi as the new Toplaner and they will keep Nji as jungler player.
