The report is provided together by Alejandro "anonimotum" Gomis and Bo Hoogland.

Sources confirm that T1 Esports has been accepted into the APAC division of VCT. This would mean that T1 would be leaving the North American scene they have been part of since the beginning of competitive VALORANT, to now focus into Asia, as they are already doing in esports such as League of Legends, where T1 is already the most important team in Korea.

T1 was one of the first big organizations to jump into the VALORANT esports hype back in 2020, bringing former CS:GO American stars such as Braxton "brax" Pierce and Tyler "Skadoodle'' Latham. but not being able to secure big results. In 2021, they participated in all 3 Challenger stages, but again weren’t able to secure top-4.
