The winners are selected by votes from the VCT broadcast team, third-party media, and representatives from each VCT Americas team. As a Controller, valyn has continuously shown that he is incredibly skilled at controlling the game’s tempo and setting up favorable circumstances for his team. He also managed to win the IGL of the year, this comes from his fantastic game planning and brilliant strategies, valyn is the definition of hard work and trusting your team together for great success.

Valyn has demonstrated an impressive understanding of his role by using smokes and other abilities to control essential areas of the map and block enemy vision.

His ability to make snap decisions and adjust to shifting circumstances has made him a hazardous player.

Erick “aspas” Santos, a talented player known for his aggressive playstyle and ability to get kills, grabbed the title Duelist of the Year. Aspas has proven his mechanics and skills needed to be a great duelist, creating space for your teams and taking first contact with the enemy.

Daniel “eeiu” Vucenovic has been crowned the initiator of the year. He helped his team succeed with his ability to set up plays and provide the necessary information. With his excellent timing and game sense, eeiu has regularly initiated and consistently demonstrated an in-depth understanding of game mechanics and tactics.
