With the re-introduction of workshop maps, you can finally have a proper warmup before starting your grind. And since accessing the workshop maps is now easier than previously with CS:GO, preparing and sharpening your skills for precise headshots in matches would be better.

In this guide, we collected a variety of maps to help with your aim and movement, so don't hesitate to try them.

We can’t talk about practice maps without mentioning uLLeticaL’s OG map Aim Botz.

This map has become a training staple with all its features, with some professional players preferring it over deathmatch.

It remains one of the best, with an improved settings menu inside the map.

Though bhopping doesn’t necessarily impact your aim, it does warm the wrist, especially on these cold days. Did you know that the large number of joints and ligaments in your hands become sensitive? In between each of the joints is “Synovial fluid”, which acts as the lubricant to keep you moving. Cold weather has an adverse effect on the fluids, making your joints move slower and with less fluidity.

All the commands are already written into the map, so all you have to do is just jump in and hop around.

    FAST AIM/REFLEX TRAINING

This map is all about practicing shooting at moving targets. While shooting at stationary bots like in Aim Botz is helpful, real opponents won't stay still in a match. This map helps you better aim and hit moving targets, simulating more realistic in-game situations.

The map is still a work in progress, so expect some bugs and bots' misbehavior.

A feature-rich yet lightweight warmup map.

With almost 200,000 subscribers, this map is an excellent alternative to Aim Botz, which has relatively more features.

    * Dynamic Bot Rush Mode: Entirely custom. Bots run at you endlessly, regardless of where you are.

    * 100 Kill challenge: Try to kill 100 bots in the shortest time.

    * Terrain options: uneven ground and various peek/spray wall options.

    * Movement options: Different strafing modes, jumping and crouching.

    * Weapons and Knives: One of the best-selling points of the map is that you can inspect every knife in the game, including the Kukri, and pretend you’re rich for a few minutes.

    Crashz' Crosshair Generator

Since you can’t aim properly without a good crosshair, the infamous Crashz Crosshair map is the go-to for custom crosshairs, even back in CS:GO.

Customizing your crosshair in CS2 can significantly impact your gameplay, as the default crosshair may only suit some people's preferences. Your crosshair should be easily visible in any map environment without distracting or obstructing your view.

With the updated version for CS2, more options and settings were added, so be sure to check it out.
