Rell description

The product of brutal experimentation at the hands of the Black Rose, Rell is a defiant, living weapon determined to topple Noxus. Her childhood was one of misery and horror, enduring unspeakable procedures to perfect and weaponize her magical control over metal... until she staged a violent escape, killing many of her captors in the process. Now branded as a criminal, Rell attacks Noxian soldiers on sight as she searches for survivors of her old “academy,” defending the meek while delivering violent death to her former overseers.

How to get Rell

You can either purchase the champion with RP or BE from the shop. When adquiring a champion shard from a chest, you can use it to get a discounted BE price to get the champion.

Break the Mold
Break the Mold ACTIVE: Rammus leaps to the target location with immunity to crowd control, and upon impact deals magic damage to nearby enemies and slows them for 1.5 seconds. Enemies within the center take increased damage from the impact if Soaring Slam was cast further than 600 units, capped at 1700 units with 50% increased damage. If Soaring Slam is cast while channeling Powerball, enemies within the center of the impact are also knocked up for 0.75 seconds and take Powerball's collision damage. Powerball will not collide with enemies during the dash, and its channel will be maintained for the dash and end afterwards. Rammus' impact causes 3 aftershocks to burst from the area over 3.5 seconds. Each aftershock deals magic damage to enemies within the area and applies the initial slow, which stacks up to 4 times. Soaring Slam's damage affects structures and is doubled against turrets.

Ferromancy: Crash Down
Ferromancy: Crash Down UNBURROWED - ACTIVE: Rek'Sai's next three basic attacks within 5 seconds have a 0.25-second cast time and deal bonus physical damage to the target and all surrounding enemies. The damage to the primary target is affected by critical strike modifiers. Queen's Wrath ends prematurely and goes on cooldown if Rek'Sai is burrowed for more than 1.5 seconds. Queen's Wrath resets Rek'Sai's basic attack timer. BURROWED - ACTIVE: Rek'Sai fires a void-charged pulse in the target direction that detonates on the first enemy hit, dealing physical damage to enemies within the area and revealing them for 2.5 seconds.
Attract and Repel
Attract and Repel UNBURROWED - ACTIVE: Rek'Sai burrows into the ground, reducing her sight radius to 250 units, but gaining 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (based on level) bonus movement speed, becoming ghosted, accessing an alternate set of basic abilities, and activating Tremor Sense. TREMOR SENSE: Rek'Sai and her allies gain obscured vision of nearby enemy units that are not visible every 1.5 seconds if they are moving. Rek'Sai automatically burrows upon respawning once Burrow has been learned. BURROWED - ACTIVE: Rek'Sai bursts out of the ground, dealing physical damage to surrounding enemies and knocking them aside. The enemy closest to the center is knocked up for 1 second instead, and cannot be affected again by Unburrow for some time. Rek'Sai can also trigger Unburrow by issuing an attack command, applying the full knock up against the target.
Magnet Storm
Magnet Storm UNBURROWED - ACTIVE: Rek'Sai bites the target enemy, dealing them physical damage. At maximum Fury, Furious Bite's damage is doubled and converted to true damage. BURROWED - ACTIVE: Rek'Sai dashes in the target direction, leaving behind a Tunnel with two interconnected entrances, lasting up to 10 minutes. The Tunnel can be traversed again if Rek'Sai targets either entrance, shutting down the Tunnel for a few seconds. Rek'Sai can have up to 8 pairs of entrances active on the map at the same time, and forming subsequent tunnels beyond the maximum destroys the eldest one. Enemy champions can destroy a Tunnel by standing on either entrance for 1.5 seconds, granting them 5 upon successfully destroying the Tunnel. An Unburrowed Rek'Sai will automatically Burrow before entering the Tunnel and automatically Unburrow after exiting it. This does not put Burrow on cooldown nor trigger Fury of the Xer'Sai, but does trigger other Burrow effects and Unburrow. Rek'Sai cannot enter a tunnel while immobilized, grounded, or silenced.

Shattering Strike
Shattering Strike INNATE: Rek'Sai generates 25 Fury upon dealing damage with basic attacks, Prey Seeker, Unburrow or Furious Bite, and loses 20 Fury per second if she hasn't generated any in the last 5 seconds. While BURROWED, Rek'Sai consumes her current Fury over 3 seconds, healing for up to 20 − 190 (based on level) at 100 Fury, stopping once she consumes it all or returns to full health.
