Blast Shield's cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds for every trigger of Denting Blows.
Harrowed Path PASSIVE: Vi's basic attacks on-hit and Vault Breaker apply a stack of Denting Blows to affected enemies for 4 seconds, stacking up to 3 times, with the duration refreshing on subsequent applications.
