Rolling Thunder description
Rolling Thunder is a Crowd Control ability that Breach has to equip before casting. Upon doing so he will see an area of effect in front of him. Upon activation a quake will appear, winding up briefly before exploding, sending cascading quakes forward that knock back and stun anything that they hit.
