The French esports agency Athletes Representation & Consulting is suing Steven “Hans sama” Liv, ex-Team Liquid player. According to The Jacob Wolf Report, the agency accuses the League of Legends superstar of breaching the contract by signing a deal with a competitor and failing to pay commissions.
ARC accuses Hans that when the athlete moved from Rogue to Team Liquid in 2021, he signed a contract with a Proxy agency, although the start of the deal was organized by ARC.
In addition, the ARC stated that the player didn’t pay the agency all the commissions for the period of his performance for Rouge.
According to the outlet, ARC tried to conclude an amicable agreement with Hans sama, but the parties were unable to reach a deal and the agency went to civil court.
As BLIX.GG had reported earlier, Hans sama left Team Liquid in September after Team Liquid’s co-founder and co-CEO Steve “LiQuiD112” Arhancet promised to renew the team after a disastrous performance in the last season.
According to the latest reports, the athlete is close to joining G2 Esports.
