DreamLeague Season 27 will be the first big Dota 2 tournament after the end of The International 2025. Taking place just a few weeks after, we had the chance to watch the qualifiers in every Dota 2 region. Now that they are over, it is time to see all of the Dota 2 teams that will attend the competition.

DreamLeague Season 27 Qualifiers Results – Western and Eastern Europe

WTF JUST HAPPENED?! MOST EPIC GAME OF DreamLeague Season 27 Western Europe Closed Qualifier – Dota 2

Starting with Western Europe, this Dota 2 region had two open qualifiers and a closed one.  The latter featured a total of 8 teams, but in the end, only three of them qualified – Virtus.Pro, Nautilus Vincere and AVULUS. The three teams had to deal with many big names like OG and MOUZ, but in the end, they have succeeded.

The DreamLeague Season 27 Eastern European qualifiers also had Open and Closed quals. However, instead of three slots, the closed qualifier only featured one and it went in favor of Runa Team.

To be honest, none of the big EEU names were in these qualifiers. In fact, Nemiga and 1win Team were probably the most recognizable, but they are not as popular as Natus Vincere, for example.

As for Runa Team, the squad has the likes of queasy and nesfeer, so it will be interesting to see it against the rest.

DreamLeague Season 27 Qualifiers – China

Like Eastern Europe, China only had one slot at the DL S27 qualifiers and it went to Yakult Brothers. To be honest, most people were not surprised by these results because YB was the big favorite all along. Tearlaments were the only squad that could challenge the powerful Chinese powerhouse, but YB defeated them twice and deserved their victory.

    Southeast Asia

AUREUS VS BOOM ESPORTS GAME 2 / DREAMLEAGUE SEASON 27 CLOSED QUALIFIERS FINALS

The action in Southeast Asia was packed because there were a few big teams that people were interested in. Team Aures was probably the first to come to mind because it featured the likes of Yopaj, TIMS and Nikko, some of the big names in the region.

Unfortunately, SEA also had only one DreamLeague Season 27 slot and it went in favor of BOOM Esports. The team defeated several big names to earn it, including Yopaj’s team in the Grand Final. The current BOOM lineup has names like Jabz and JaCkky, so it will be interesting to see them against some of the other powerhouses.

    North America and South America

Dota2 – Wildcard Gaming vs the bug – DreamLeague Season 27 – CQ – North America

The North American Dota 2 region is not in its best form right now and the Closed Qualifiers of DL S27 proved it yet again. There were just a few teams to watch and in the ended, Wildcard was the one that secured the only slot. As expected, The International 2025 participants had no issues and won the quals without losing a single series.

The South American qualifiers were definitely more interesting than those in NA because it featured a lot more teams. Even though it also had only one slot, the battle was fierce, and in the end, Chimpanzini Bainini secured it.

To be honest, we were surprised that this specific team won because most expected to see OG.LATAM and Peru Rejects to be the two big favorites. OG.LATAM did reach the Grand Final, but it was unable to bring down its opponent.

    Closing Thoughts

DreamLeague Season 27 will begin on October 10 and include 24 teams. We do not know the names of all squads yet, so make sure to follow us if you want to learn more. We at Blix.gg will review everything, so don’t forget to follow us.
