The last time these two teams met at the PGL Major 2024 in a Group Stage, G2 won with a 2-0 score. Experience tells us that FaZe is a different type of team whenever it comes to the playoff stage. Now, itâs going to be much better for FaZe against G2 since itâs not only the playoff stage here. Also, FaZe has been getting better and better since their last heads-up match.

They are making it from one Grand Final to another, and itâs just a matter of time before they get their hands on the trophy. Theyâre in good shape, and every single player brings his own impact to the game. At this tournament, the only team they lost to was Team Spirit, and itâs not a bad sign; itâs just Spirit being in excellent shape. Also, it was a close series with only a round difference for the two maps they played.

It seems like theyâre getting consistency, but itâs still a main problem that they depend too much on two players, âNiKoâ and âm0NESYâ. If these two are not bringing their A-Game, itâs getting hard for them to play against any top team.
