Only a couple of short days separate us from the long awaited event that will set apart the strongest from the weakest teams as they battle for a spot in the most prestigious event in Counter-Strike.
The BLAST.tv Paris Major Europe RMR A will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark from 6th to 9th April in BLASTâs studios.

This group is the most anticipated amongst the other RMRs with some of the biggest teams in the world including FaZe Clan, Natus Vincere, Virtus Pro and MOUZ promising us exciting games while staying alert for any missteps and mistakes.

There will be a total of 16 teams in Group A, nine teams made it to the RMR through closed qualifiers while the rest secured their spots after participating in the IEM Rio 2022 Major.

How to watch BLAST.tv Paris Major Europe RMR A
BLAST.tv Paris Major Europe RMR A will be streamed on BLASTâs channels on Twitch & YouTube. However, To maximize the fun and viewer experience, BLAST.tv is the optimal choice as they offer cool features that will bring you closer to the action by voting on live polls, asking questions directly to the Talent, Players and more exclusive content.
The matches will start at 10:00 AM CET with a two-hour break after the first round at 14:30 PM to give teams some time to prepare for their next opponent.
The starting time will be the same throughout the event so make sure to set the alarm and join the fun.

Format, Prize pool distribution
The 16 teams will play in a Swiss format with all matches being Bo1s, The elimination and advancement matches will be played as Bo3s.
The top eight teams will advance to the Major while 3 teams from the bottom eight will have an opportunity to play in a last chance qualifier.
The top four from the eight qualified teams will play in the Legends Stage while the rest qualify for the Challengers Stage.
The Buchholz system (Ranking based on opponentsâ performance) is used to seed matches from round three to five with the 4th place decider being resolved via a Bo3 single-elimination match.
A total of $1,250,000 will be spread among the participants with the biggest share going towards the top three placements.
