1WIN has revealed that they have appointed Sanjar ‘SANJI’ Kuliev as their coach and named 19-year-old Oleg ‘sh1geo’ Stasenko as their captain, both of whom are coming from Enjoy.
The announcement also indicated that another Enjoy member, Stepan ‘klain’ Mukhin, would be substituting for Vladislav ‘lattykk’ Vydrin in the next matches for 1WIN.
1WIN updated their lineup at the end of last year, letting go of Timur ‘buster’ Tulepov and Sanzhar ‘neaLaN’ Iskhakov while bringing in new talent Alexandr ‘oz1k’ Sevastyanov and Kirill ‘cronuss’ Savin. Additionally, the team also ended their association with coach Aset ‘Solaar’ Sembiyev during this period.
The new lineup did not yield positive outcomes — 1WIN finished in 17-24th place in ESEA Advanced Season 51 by the end of 2024 — leading to Rassim ’Jyo’ Valijev being let go from the team shortly thereafter.
‘SANJI’ steps into the head coach position, having gained recognition for his time with Dzhami ‘Jame’ Ali at AVANGAR and Virtus.pro as a player, during which he celebrated victories at BLAST Pro Series Moscow 2019 and Flashpoint 2. After leaving Virtus.pro in 2023, the 27-year-old shifted his focus to coaching, and over the past year, he has taken on coaching roles with MelBet and Enjoy.
The 19-year-old known as ‘sh1geo’ began his career in 2023 with Aurora Young Blud, where he had an average rating of 0.87 in lower-tier online competitions in Europe. He has recently been with Enjoy, although he has not participated in any HLTV-recorded official matches during that time.
