Falcons has revealed the formation of a new academy team led by Niels Christian ‘NaToSaphiX’ Sillassen, who transitioned to coaching after a varied playing career and became the captain of NIP Impact.

Following brief appearances with teams such as Sprout, HEROIC, and Complexity, the 28-year-old transitioned to coaching in the women’s circuit, dedicating more than a year to NIP Impact from March 2024 until June 2025.
NIP Impact reached the ESL Impact League Finals for the first time in Season 6, ending in 5th-6th place, and then advanced to the semi-finals in Season 7.
The Dane has been assigned to develop Falcons Force, an academy initiative to bring in promising talents.
Applications to join the team are now available. After that, scouting tournaments will take place, leading to a final evaluation phase and the selection of the team.
