FiReSPORTS has confirmed that Buenos Aires will host a Valve-sponsored CS2 Major from May 31 to June 20, 2027. This will be the first time Argentina hosts a Counter-Strike Major, joining only thirteen other countries with this honor.

Despite earlier setbacks, such as a brief, ultimately unsuccessful partnership with PGL, during which scheduled events were replaced, FiReSPORTS is now taking the biggest step in its history by hosting a CS2 Major.
