At IEM Kraków 2026 Stage 1, BC.Game pulled off one of the day’s biggest upsets by beating Legacy in their first LAN match. This win marks a strong debut for the new roster led by Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev.

BC.Game struggled at the IEM Rio 2026 Closed Qualifier, finishing last, but in Poland they appeared much more focused and prepared for LAN play.

    Historic Comeback on Overpass

Legacy vs. BC.Game– Players’ Statistics on Overpass – IEM Krakow 2026

In the first map of the series, BC.Game fell behind as Legacy jumped to an 11-2 lead. BC.Game fought back, improved their defense, and gradually closed the gap. Their effort paid off when they forced overtime and won 16-13.

Veteran leaders s1mple and Denis “electroNic” Sharipov led the comeback, and BC.Game’s defense secured important rounds at crucial moments.

    Inferno Domination and Standout Performances

Legacy vs. BC.Game– Players’ Statistics on Inferno – IEM Krakow 2026

BC.Game carried their momentum into Inferno, a map traditionally strong for Legacy. From the outset, BC.Game controlled the pace, racing to an 11-1 half and never looking back. Their final result was a dominant 13-1 victory, extending their series advantage to 2-0 and earning them a spot one step closer to the main stage.

Portuguese standout António “aragornN” Barbosa was a major factor, wreaking havoc across Banana and often finding multi-kill rounds. Adones “krazy” Nobre also played a vital role, freeing up s1mple to impact elsewhere.

    s1mple’s Big Moment

    Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev

While BC.Game’s win was a team effort, s1mple had the highlight that will be remembered: a spectacular 1v4 clutch to seal the series after a quieter map on Inferno. His performance, combined with a generally revitalized approach to communication and confidence, highlighted why he remains one of CS2’s most feared competitors.

    What This Means for BC.Game

This result not only boosts BC.Game’s odds in the IEM Kraków 2026 Stage 1 bracket, but also signals that the team can compete at a high level on LAN even after a rocky start to their competitive season. With this momentum, BC.Game will look to continue its push toward the main event and possibly shake up expectations in the early tournament stages. In a stunning turn of events at IEM Kraków 2026 Stage 1, BC.Game delivered one of the day’s biggest results by defeating Legacy in their first LAN match, marking a strong start for the newly assembled roster headlined by Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev.

After a tough run at the IEM Rio 2026 Closed Qualifier, where BC.Game flopped and finished last; the team looked far more focused and polished on LAN in Poland.
