B8 has said goodbye to Arseniy ‘cptkurtka023’ Derevinskiy and has revealed the recruitment of Artem ‘kensizor’ Kapran as his replacement.
The adjustment marks the initial alteration to B8’s roster since the organization brought in Alexey ‘alex666’ Yarmoshchuk and Daniil ‘headtr1ck’ Valitov in April, and this change follows the team’s unsuccessful attempt to qualify for the Perfect World Shanghai Major via the Europe RMR.
The Ukrainian team saw a rise in performance in 2024, driven by the inclusion of ‘headtr1ck’, ultimately ending as runners-up at ESL Challenger Katowice, reaching the semifinals at Elisa Masters Espoo, and clinching victory in several online CCT events.
Despite their inability to overcome their RMR challenges, a shift appears to be occurring as the team prepares for the BLAST Bounty Season 1 tournament. They will introduce their new roster during the online tournament phase scheduled for January 13-18.
