This Saturday, five matches will be played at ESL Pro League 19, and four of them will be elimination matches, so four more teams will have to go home. Group C and D didn’t have that many surprising underdog wins compared to Group A and B, but who knows, maybe the final day with mostly elimination matches will bring us more surprises. Here, you will find Saturday matches’ schedule and overview.

    Matches Overview

    Monte vs. FORZE

Monte vs. FORZE – ESL Pro League 19

These two already met at this tournament just a few days ago, and back then, Monte came up on top with a 2-0 win over FORZE. They’re in an elimination match, and FORZE showed themselves nicely in the last few days than they were against Monte in their first game. Plus, the first game ended up with 13-11 and 19-17, both being close scores, which tells us that FORZE had all the chances to turn it around. This time, FORZE might take their revenge and surprise Monte, but we will see if they have what it takes.

    FlyQuest vs. PERA

FlyQuest vs. PERA – ESL Pro League 19

Two underdog teams in this tournament here at the elimination match, and so far, they only won games against teams who are also underdogs or in bad shape, so it’s hard to give them some credit, and they’re yet to show if they’re capable of doing it at this level.

    FURIA vs. ENCE

FURIA vs. ENCE – ESL Pro League 19

These two met a little bit more than a month ago at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024, and last time, FURIA won with a 2-0 score. Now, both teams have only won one game in ESL Pro League 19 so far. But ENCE’s results were a little bit better, and they won against stronger teams than FURIA. We will see if ENCE can take their revenge for the PGL Major here.

    Ninjas in Pyjamas vs. HEROIC

Ninjas in Pyjamas vs. HEROIC – ESL Pro League 19

These two will have to play a rematch since they already met at the opening match of ESL Pro League 19 Group D. HEROIC won that series with a 2-0 score, and one of the two maps ended up in overtime. HEROIC is a more experienced team with better players, and NiP is still just a mix of European players who have yet to show what they’re capable of. HEROIC expected to win this match because it’s time to do even better than their previous match since it’s an elimination match and both teams’ last chance to keep themselves in ESL Pro League 19.

    MOUZ vs. Liquid

MOUZ vs. Liquid – ESL Pro League 19

Both teams haven’t lost a single match yet at ESL Pro League 19, and now they’re here playing for a better playoff spot. They met in a heads-up match at IEM Chengdu 2024 just a month ago, and MOUZ won that match with a 2-0 score in a confident way. Now, MOUZ seems like a better team and more consistent than Liquid, and it looks like Liquid will have to be on their good day to have a chance in a best-of-three against a team like MOUZ.

We will return tomorrow with the overview of the other day’s matches, so stay tuned, and don’t miss the Saturday matches’”they will be fire!
