Aurélien “afro” Drapier and Christopher “dexter” Nong have joined Fnatic as a part of the rebuilding of the organization’s CS roster.
28-year-old dexter, who came to Fnatic from MOUZ, will be the new in-game leader of the squad.
With MOUZ, where he was also the IGL, dexter reached the Grand Final of the Intel Extreme Masters Dallas 2023, took 3rd-4th place at Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022 and 5th-6th place at Intel Extreme Masters XVII ‘ Cologne. Also, MOUZ with dexter was one of the eight strongest teams at ESL Pro League Season 16 and Season 17.
afro is expected to fill the AWPer position. The 24-year-old player, before joining Fnatic, played with Team LDLC from January to May this year. Before that, he played with HEET for one year. With HEET, he won five different B-Tier tournaments in 2022: Malta Vibes Knockout Series #5, ESL Challenger League Season 40: Europe, Elisa Invitational Spring 2022 and ESL Championnat National: Autumn 2022.
