German esports organization GamerLegion has announced the departure of Ivan “iM” Mihai, with the 23-year-old Romanian being called up to Ukrainian organization NAVI. iM joined GamerLegion in March 2021, joining his first international squad after nearly three years at the top of the Romanian scene with Nexus Gaming.
During his tenure with GamerLegion, iM helped the squad rise to international attention, notably bolstered by a historic second-place finish a thet BLAST.tv Paris Major.
This change is unlikely to be GamerLegionâs last change as Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek is reportedly set to join MOUZ as a replacement for Christopher “dexter” Nong. In their place, Guillaume “neL” Rathier recently reported that GamerLegion are targeting Sebastian “volt” Malos and Marcus “maNkz” Kjeldsen of Into The Breach and ECSTATIC, respectively.
