According to Leetify.com data, Mirage, Inferno, and Dust 2 are the most popular maps in CS:GO matchmaking this year. The data also suggests that they are the most popular maps in history.
Mirage has been played in 29.6% of matches from January to June 2022. It is over 1.53 million of 5.2 million games in total.
Inferno and Dust 2 are the second and third with very close rates – 20.7% and 20.5%, respectively.
Then follows Nuke (8.1%), Overpass (6.8%), Cache (5.7%), Vertigo (4.9%), Ancient (2.1%), and Train at the bottom of the list with 1.6% pick rate.
It is noteworthy that Cache, which is no longer in the official tournament map pool, overtook Vertigo and Ancient.
