After dominating the four-team Oceania Closed Qualifier, Rooster has successfully earned their place in ESL Challenger Atlanta.
In 2024, the Australian team is gearing up for their second international trip. Earlier in the year, they participated in the IEM Katowice Play-in event. Following their previous venture, Rooster has experienced a setback with the departure of their key player, Corey ‘nettik’Browne, who has now teamed up with TALON.
Rooster showed incredible resilience and determination as they fought through the double-elimination qualifier. Despite being pushed to the lower bracket by Mindfreak in the opening round, they refused to back down. Rooster managed to secure victory in two elimination series, setting the stage for an intense grand final showdown against The Art of War.
The Australian team Rooster has joined forces with fellow Australian side FlyQuest and four other squads on the team list for the ESL Challenger Atlanta event.
