Professional multi-gaming esports organization TSM FTX has decided to return to CS:GO competitive scene in 2023.
TSM FTX vice-president of esports Dominic Kallas has said that they want to form a European roster and the organization has already started discussions with ESL and BLAST about long-term partnerships.
“I think it’s important to know that we are not going to look to go out and just buy a top-five team,” Kallas said.
TSM was present in CS:GO from 2015 to 2017. The first TSM roster with Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen, Andreas “Xyp9x” Højsleth, Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz, René “cajunb” Borg and Finn “karrigan” Andersen left the organization at the end of 2015. After that, the Danes formed Astralis. The core of this lineup at that time is in the top-5 of all CS:GO players by prize earnings.
Later, TSM moved its focus to the North-American region and formed the second lineup there. It ran from early 2016 to January 2017. After disbanding, all the final five went to Misfits Gaming.
