Taking place a few months from now, ESL One Raleigh 2025 will be one of the first big tournaments in North America in a while. Although some teams received direct invitations to the tournaments, we also had access to the ESL One Raleigh 2025 Closed Qualifiers. Each region had its representatives, and the matches were amazing to watch. Let’s dive in and see what happens.

    Contents

    • 1 North America
    • 2 South America
    • 3 Western Europe
    • 4 Eastern Europe
    • 5 MESWA
    • 6 China
    • 7 Southeast Asia
    • 8 Final Thoughts

    North America

The first ESL One Raleigh 2025 closed qualifier that we want to mention is the one in North America. Since the event will take place there, the region received 1 slot (a lot of people expected NA to get 2 slots, but this was not the case). There were 8 teams in total battling for that single slot:

    • Wildcard
    • Shopify Rebellion
    • Team cyberding
    • Yoru Ryodan
    • Sadboys
    • Dead Denasty
    • Red Bulls
    • WhiteIce

There were 2 teams here that performed much better than the rest – Wildcard and Shopify Rebellion. Both squads reached the finals in the qualifiers and had to play against each other for the second time. Following its initial success in the Upper Bracket Final, SR defeated Wildcard again in the Grand Final.

    South America

Moving on to the second ESL One Raleigh 2025 Closed Qualifiers, we have South America. Like NA, this region also had only one slot for the tournament, so the battle was also intense. We had the chance to watch the following teams here:

    • Looking for Org
    • Perro Negro
    • The Sleepers
    • Flame Team
    • HEROIC
    • Infamous
    • FUSION
    • M80

As expected, the big battle was between M80 and HEROIC. The two are among the best in South America right now, so it’s no surprise both reached the Upper Bracket Final. Fans expected closer results, but HEROIC ripped through their opponents and advanced to the Grand Final.

Speaking of the devil, this is where it became very interesting because the Grand Final gave us access to 5 full games. M80 and HEROIC did everything in their power to win, but in the end, HEROIC secured the only slot for ESL One Raleigh 2025.

    Western Europe

The ESL One Raleigh 2025 qualifiers that everyone wanted to watch did not disappoint us. Western Europe had 2 slots for the upcoming tournament in America, and these are the teams that took part in them:

    • Tundra Esports
    • AVULUS
    • OG
    • Passion UA
    • Team Secret
    • Night Pulse
    • Gaimin Gladiators
    • NAVI Junior

Almost every single team from Western Europe had the potential to win these qualifiers, so the battle was epic. With that said, Tundra Esports became the first team to secure a slot and it did it through the Upper Bracket. Tundra defeated GG, Team Secret, and NAVI Jr.

Speaking of NAVI Jr, the team shocked everyone by securing the second ESL One Raleigh 2025 slot. The Ukranian powerhouse defeated AVULUS in the LB Final and will attend the event in America.

    Eastern Europe

Although we expected the ESL One Raleigh 2025 qualifiers in Eastern Europe to give us access to 2 slots, this wasn’t the case. Instead, we only had one, and there were 8 teams fighting for it:

    • Team Spirit
    • Natus Vincere
    • 1win Team
    • 9Pandas
    • L1GA TEAM
    • One Move
    • Virtus.Pro
    • BanyaPivoSamogon

Many fans expected an epic battle, and the teams here did not disappoint. Team Spirit won the only slot for ESL One Raleigh 2025 after dealing with all of the big names. Yatoro and his allies did not lose a single map in all games, including the Grand Final, where they defeated 9Pandas.

    MESWA

Up next, we have the MESWA region, a place where you can find a lot of big teams. 8 squads wanted to fight for the only ESL One Raleigh 2025 squad, so here is an overview of each one:

    • Chimera Esports
    • Nigma Galaxy
    • Winter Bear
    • Egoist
    • The Covenant
    • Winners
    • Wolf Warriors

After several amazing matches, Nigma Galaxy won the qualifiers and secured the only MESWA slot. The team lost against Chimera Esports in the UB Final but then bounced back in the Grand Final. Needless to say, fans will be very happy to see NGX in action because it has been a while since the squad was a part of any big events.

    China

Those who want to get ESL One Raleigh 2025 tickets to watch the best Chinese team will be happy to know that Xtreme Gaming will be there. Since it is one of the best squads in the world, XG had little to no problems during these qualifiers. In fact, the Dota 2 team only lost one game, and it was in the final.

In terms of the participating teams, these were the names we found:

    • Interlaken Esports
    • Milk Dragon Team
    • Xtreme Gaming
    • The goal of all life is death
    • Team Tidebound
    • Spiky Gaming
    • Titan
    • Yakult Brothers

    Southeast Asia

Lastly, we have the Southeast Asian ESL One Raleigh 2025 qualifiers, a place where everything was possible. This region is always among the most intriguing to watch, so here are the teams we had access to:

    • The MongolZ
    • InterActive Philippibes
    • Execration
    • Team Kukuys
    • Groomify
    • Talon Esports
    • Aurora Gaming
    • BOOM Esports

It is probably no surprise that Talon Esports won the qualifiers and will attend the competition in the US. Talon had to play against all the big teams and only lost one map. We can’t wait to see the Talon in action against some of the best in the world.

    Final Thoughts

Taking place in April, ESL One Raleigh 2025 is one of the events that is definitely worth watching. The $1M competition will include some of the best teams in the world, so we expect many epic moments.
