The roster changes continue with yet another interesting move, this time in Team Spirit. After spending 5 years with the club, Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov will be stepping down in favor of Nikita “panto” Balaganin.
Panto to Replace Miposhka at Team Spirit
This was definitely not what people expected to see because Miposhka has been a part of Team Spirit for almost 5 years. According to the official announcement, he decided to put his career on hold and will be moving to the inactive roster.
Miposhka was part of Team Spirit and played a crucial role in the club’s most recent success. As you know, the team won The International two times, as well as the Esports World Cup and countless other tournaments.
Panto will be the player who will do what he can to take Miposhka’s slot at Team Spirit. The 26-year-old Belarusian recently played for Aurora Gaming and spent around 8 months with the club. However, the latter recently made a lot of roster changes and this one was one of them.
Here is Team Spirit’s current roster:
- Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk
- Denis “Larl” Sigitov
- Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov
- Alexandr “rue” Filin
- Nikita “panto” Balaganin
The Next Challenges Ahead of Team Spirit
The fact that Miposhka is no longer a part of the team will definitely impact Spirit’s performance. Fans will be eager to see the team in action and will have to wait for the PGL Wallachia Season 6. We also expected to see TS at the FISSURE Universe: Episode 7, but Spirit decided to skip this tournament.
All in all, the new roster looks good and it has a fresh new player who will join the likes of Larl and Yatoro. Team Spirit remains one of the most solid contenders to win any big event, so we’ll keep a close eye on them.
