The player with the nickname PandaDota was banned after a complaint on Reddit by user blackcavalier23. A redditor complained that Valve’s report system does not work.
blackcavalier23 conducted an investigation, during which he found out that thanks to the unfair play of the griefer, one of the doters were able to increase his win rate from 30% to 90%, as he constantly played for the opposing team PandaDota.
