Following the end of The International 2025, HEROIC made two important roster changes. The team parted ways with Adrián “Wisper” Dobles and João Gabriel “4nalog” Giannini Santos and welcomed Davai Lama to their roster. Here’s what we need to now
Wisper and 4nalog Leave HEROIC
HEROIC is South America’s best Dota 2 team and they did fairly well at TI 2025. Despite that, it seems like some players wanted a new challenge because the team parted ways with Wisper and 4nalog.
Wisper became a part of the team on January this this year and has a crucial role for its success. The offlaner played in all big tournaments, including FISSURE Playground 1, PGL Wallachia Season 3, the Esports World Cup 2025, and more. He was always one of HEROIC’s most dangerous players and his absence will be noted.
4nalog is the second player to leave HEROIC and is actively trying to find a new team. Unlike Wisper, 4nalog has played for HEROIC since early 2024 and was part of the team that won the PGL Wallachia Season 2. Until today, HEROIC remains the only team from South Africa to win a big international Dota 2 tournament.
Davai Lama Joins the Team
While we will have to wait to see who will step in for 4nalog, we already know Wisper’s replacement. Cedric “Davai Lama” Deckmyn decided to come back to the team after he spent the entire 2024 with it. He tried moving to OG and then played a little bit for Shopify Rebellion, but things never worked out. That’s why the Belgian is back and will fill in Wisper’s role as the team’s new offlaner.
Who Will be the new Mid-Laner?
There are rumours that HEROIC could add Daniel “Stormstormer” Schoetzau to the roster. He played for OG for a while but announced he will leave the team just a few days ago, so there is a good chance we will see him in action for HEROIC.
We will monitor HEROIC and inform you when more information becomes available. Remember to follow us for more details.
