The Blix Team has prepared an article about the anime-themed skins in Apex Legends. The skins reference Sailor Moon, Fullmetal Alchemist, Dragon Ball, Tokyo Ghoul, One Piece, My Hero Academia, Naruto, and Neon Genesis Evangelion anime.
All the skins listed were available in-game during the Gaiden Event, which took place for 14 days in the summer of 2022. Occasionally, these skins will be available in the in-game store for a brief period, allowing players to buy them.

What Are The Best Anime Skins in Apex Legends?
Apex Legends Anime Skins
You can find anime skins for the following Legends: Seer, Bangalore, Fuse, Crypto, Bloodhound, Octane, Mirage, Wattson, and Revenant. These skins were available during the Gaiden Event, which took place from July 19, 2022, to August 2, 2022. The event included a set of challenges that unlocked exclusive badges. It's worth noting that the badge and challenge available changed weekly during the event.
Apex Legends - Official Animated Trailer (Gaiden Event)
Throughout the event, participants had the opportunity to engage in two distinct weekly challenge tracks that lasted 14 thrilling days. The first track, from July 19 to July 26, featured fantastic rewards such as Fuse’s Down Thunder Epic Skin, the Bionic Buddy Gun Charm, and the captivating Epic 3030 “Cloudburst” Skin. The second track, from July 26 to August 2, offered rewards, including the OK Holospray, 1 Gaiden Event Pack, and 1 Apex Pack, making it an event to remember!

Also, check for the Heart Stopper skin, which was back in the in-game shop in March 2023 and December 2023.
