Filipino Dota 2 player Nico "eyyou" Barcelona has been hired as a coach for Polaris Esports.
eyyou started his career as a player in 2015. He played for TNC Predator, Fnatic, Mineski, and other teams from Southeast Asia. Among his achievements is the 7th-8th place at The International 2016 and fourth place at EPICENTER Major 2019. In September 2020, eyyou stopped performing on the professional stage as a player and went inactive.
Polaris Esports is a team from the first division of Dota Pro Circuit 2021/2022 in Southeast Asia.
