Polaris Esports unveils its new Dota 2 roster for the upcoming DPC 2023 Season - Tour 1.

The new lineup includes five athletes from the Philippines:

  • Eljohn "Akashi" Andales
  • Mc "Mac" (aka "Lelouch-") Villanueva
  • Jun "Bok" Kanehara
  • John "Jing" Duyan
  • Bryle "mavis" Alvizo

From the previous roster, which was released in mid-November, only Mac remained, Bok and mavis - who previously performed with TNC Predator - Jing came from Neon Esports while Akashi earlier played for GrindSky Esports.

In the third tour of DPC SEA 2021/2022 Division I, the team finished eighth and was kicked out to the second division. Polaris failed to qualify for The International 2022 and couldn’t participate in the most prestigious event of the year.
