Kaik ‘Gomess’ Sousa and José ‘Bullet1’ Souza are two names that have appeared to be connected to MIBR in the last few hours, according to sources with knowledge of the situation. As reported yesterday, MIBR will rebuild their R6 squad, and only the names of Diogo “fntzy” Silva and Rennan “R4re” Silva should be part of the next team.
If negotiations with Bullet1 are concluded successfully, this would be the player’s second experience with the organization. At MIBR between 2019 and 2021, Bullet1 lifted the 2020 Brasileirão trophy on the team. After leaving FaZe Clan at the beginning of the year, Bullet1 has been playing in tier 2 with Atualizado Team.
On the other hand, Gomess has been playing for Vivo Keyd Stars, one of the teams that surprised in the last stage of the Brazil League.
Currently 19 years old, the player was named MVP of last year’s Série B, a secondary league that will be extinct in 2023.
Approached by BLIX.GG, MIBR said: ‘MIBR will not comment on negotiations on R6,’ while Vivo Keyd Stars said: ‘Nothing to declare’.
