According to sources familiar with the situation, Zachary ‘SpiriTz’ Dionne is not expected to stay in M80 for the new season. The Canadian player is with the M80 core since the team was built in XSET after the Six Invitational 2022. Despite the rumors, BLIX.GG knows that at this moment is unlikely to have a Brazilian player to fill in SpiriTz’s position.
In the last days of 2022, the roster that played under the XSET tag for the last year announced the transfer to M80, organization founded by Marco Mereu, one of the founders of XSET and ex COO of the club.
Between several North American organizations leaving Siege, M80 announced yesterday that is making part of the new season of the North American League. M80 competed in the Six Invitational 2023 and got eliminated by the champion G2 in the third round of the lower bracket.
As XSET and without changing a piece in the roster, the team attended the first two Majors, Charlotte and Berlin. In Berlin, XSET fell to Rogue in the semi-finals.
M80 roster as of now is:
- Lucas ‘DiasLucas’ Dias
- Arthur ‘GMZ’ Oliveira
- Evan ‘Yoggah’ Nelson
- Leonardo ‘Kyno’ Figueiredo
