Alberto “neptuNo” González has reportedly reached an agreement with Ibai Llanos’ organization KOI Squad to compete for this Stage 2 Valorant Reginal League of Spain, sources told BLIX.GG on Saturday. The player would come to KOI as a potential solution of current problems of the team, as they are currently with a record of 1 win and 5 losses.
The signing of neptuNo would try to give fresh air to Koi, who after a good performance last Rising Stage 1 losing in the semifinals against Rebels, the eventual winners of the Spanish VRL Stage 1. This time though, they would have had a difficult start in Stage 2.
On the other hand, neptuNo would come from playing with Zeta Gaming in the Radiant League, Spanish 2nd Division. Previously he was playing with Case Esports in the last season of Spanish regional league, having a great performance, losing in the final against Rebels 2-3.
KOI will be facing UCAM Tokiers on May 24th, and will try to overcome the bad start to position themselves back in the top.
