Match Overview
The Grand Final will be played this Sunday at 16:00 CET. It will be a best-of-five series, with Vitality facing off against MOUZ. For MOUZ, it’s the second Grand Final in a row, and so they are even more hungry for the title. Vitality didn’t have their success at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024, so they are hungry to win a trophy as well. Together, it will make this Grand Final even more exciting to watch.
Vitality Path to the Grand Final
Vitality did well in the group stage, so they got their spot in the playoff stage straight into the quarter-finals. The first playoff stage game was against team FaZe, who they lost to before at PGL Major, and here they took their revenge and demolished FaZe. It showed how much they’re prepared to give their everything to take the ESL Pro League 19 trophy. The next team in the Semi-Final had to play Astralis, and it was looking like an easier game than FaZe, but it was much harder for Vitality as they lost the first map and the second one went to overtime, which they were able to win and after that, they won the third map ending the series with a 2-1 score and proceeding to the Grand Final.
Current Team and Players Form
Starting from their game against FaZe in the quarter-finals, they showed how much they prepared for ESL Pro League 19 and especially ‘ZywOo’ with his individual performance, putting crazy numbers in the game and demolishing his opponents like he is on a different level above them. They seem to be ready to fight any team and fight for this title, giving their all.

MOUZ Path to the Grand Final
MOUZ, like Vitality, did well enough in the group stage to go straight to the quarter-finals. The first opponent was G2, and MOUZ had enough experience playing against G2, so they used it against them and won with a 2-1 score. The second team they had to play in the Semi-Final was Complexity; Complexity was in good shape and prepared for them, so it wasn’t easy for MOUZ, but they were able to win with a 2-1 score, and that’s how they got into the Grand Final.

Two Grand Final performances in a row for MOUZ should tell you enough. MOUZ players having a great chemistry and they get better every tournament they play as a team. Their map pool is good for any team and they have no weak sides in their map pool. But sometimes, it seems like they still need more experience to keep it even more consistent and to do it better against the best teams.

MOUZ is doing well, but the experience still will be on the VItality side, and experience means a lot when it comes to the best-of-five Grand Final. On top of that, ‘ZywOo’ is showing out-of-this-world performance, and it seems impossible to stop him. We expect Vitality to win this match.
