According to sources close to BLIX.GG, Mert “Wo0t” Alkan has reached a verbal agreement with Team Heretics to play in VCT.
The young Turkish player received interest from more than five EMEA teams, sources told BLIX.GG on Sunday.

Wo0t is a young player of 17 years old, and therefore will not be able to compete in VCT until he turns 18.
According to Liquipedia, the player’s birthday is March 16, so he will not be able to compete until after the Madrid Masters. Team Heretics is looking for a solution and different players to compete until Wo0t turns 18.
