Imperial Mandate description
One of three Mythic Support Items. This one is the "damage" focused one, providing the player's team with extra damage to enemies that slow or stun the player. It provides very good AP and ability power, as well as good health and health regeneration. This item is very good on the likes of Morgana or Zyra. How to get Imperial Mandate
Once player have enough gold in the match, have to return to base using the B button or walking to it. Then, open the shop (either using the shop command or clicking on it), searching for the item and buiying it.
