Denmark-based esports tournament organizer BLAST Premier is preparing to hold spring CS:GO Major in 2023 in France, Dexerto reported citing its own sources.
It’s unclear at this time which city will host the tournament but most likely it will be Paris. The circuit is expected to take place between May 8-21.
It will be the first CS:GO Major in France and also the first organized by BLAST since the company’s founding.
Earlier, Jaxon.gg reported that BLAST and another event operator Perfect World sent applications to Valve to organize a CS:GO Major in 2023.
Before, BLAST’s managing director Charlotte Kenny said in an interview with Pley.gg that the company is interested in running the Major.
