BLAST has revealed that the BLAST.tv Austin Major is scheduled for June 3-22, and the invitations for the event will be distributed after the update to the Valve Regional Standings on April 7.

The upcoming event in Texas will mark the inaugural 32-team Major and will include an additional stage, resulting in a longer duration than previous events.
The schedule for the tournament’s preliminary event, the Major Regional Qualifiers, has been announced, but further information, including whether it will take place online or on LAN, is yet to be disclosed.
All three qualifying events are scheduled for the same week in April, with the European qualifier occurring from April 14 to 17 and the Asian and American MRQs happening from April 15 to 17.
