ESC Gaming has re-signed its former Polish CS2 roster led by Patryk “olimp” Woźniak, bringing the lineup back under the ESC banner in March 2026. The team previously left on November 11, 2025 to compete as Friendly Campers, but the project stalled—prompting a return as ESC targets a busy 2026 schedule in the Tier 2 European scene.
Before the split, this core was one of ESC’s most productive lineups, winning multiple regional events across Winline Insight, CCT, and the ESL Challenger League cups. Those results are why this move matters: ESC isn’t just signing “new players,” it’s reuniting a proven roster that already has recent trophies together.

Why ESC Gaming re-signed the ex-Polish CS2 roster (olimp returns)
As stated on X, ESC Gaming got the roster back because “greatness always returns home”. After trying to experiment with several players, the organization failed to achieve its former successes. The current roster actually left on November 11, 2025 because the players decided to compete for Friendly Campers. Sadly for them, it did not work out, which is why the roster is back where it belongs.

ESC Gaming CS2 results with the returning roster (2025 Tier 2 wins)
Before departing the team, ESC Gaming was actually in an excellent streak. In fact, we can safely say the team dominated the Tier 2 CS2 tournaments. If we take a look at the results, we can see that the squad finished first in the following events:
- Winline Insight Season 7
- CCT Season 3 European Series #6
- Winline Insight Season 8
- ESL Challenger League Season 50: Europe – Cup #3
Now that the legendary CS2 organization is back, we expect it to keep dominating throughout 2026. There are loads of tournaments ahead and fans can’t wait to see the squad in action. We really wish we had seen the team at the BC.Game Masters Championship, but it seems like ESC Gaming did not have enough time to prepare.
This roster change happened just a few hours before TeamVoca added Jeorge and junior. Who knows, we might see the two new CS2 rosters go head to head really soon.
