The Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team Bebra, which had hired ex-Natus Vincere in-game leader Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhaylov, left the PARI Patriki Vibe LAN 2022 after the group stage.
Bebra ranked third in Group A with one win and two losses at the C-Tier tournament with a $10,000 prize pool.
Earlier, industry members criticized BoombI4 that after leaving NAVI he didn’t train hard and refused the Benched Heroes’ offer because he was recording a music track. There was also a strange story with G2 Esports where either BoombI4 refused the offer of the Berlin-based organization or didn’t show the desire. Ex-NAVI player himself said that moving to another country weighs him down.
So far, the result is as follows: the team with the former CS:GO star performed poorly at the local tournament.
Boombl4 got kicked from NAVI at the end of May. His resignation was accompanied by scandals about drug use and a high-profile divorce, about which he gave a candid interview.
