OG has recently announced that Nils ‘k1to’ Gruhne will be transitioning to the inactive roster, and they will be trialing Christian ‘Buzz’ Andersen as a new addition to the team.
The player from Germany is stepping down from the active roster after a year of service. For most of his time, he took on the role of in-game leader for OG following a departure.
After his leadership responsibilities were taken away at the start of the new season, Thomas ‘Thomas’ Utting was replaced by Christoffer ‘Chr1zN’ Storgaard who was revealed as the team’s new in-game leader after Thomas stepped in for the BLAST Groups.
OG has opted for ‘Buzz’ as the replacement for ‘k1to’, making another youthful addition to a team with an average age of just over 20 years old.
Best known for his time with Astralis, the 21-year-old Dane briefly joined Entropiq, but the Czech organization disbanded their European roster after the removal of open qualifiers for the Major.
OG’s new addition will join the team at a bootcamp next week to prepare for the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown and Perfect World Shanghai Major’s closed qualifier later this month.
