According to multiple sources familiar with the situation, Sharks Esports is close to a deal with Vinicius ‘n1ssim’ Pereira. The 21-year-old previously played for Los Grandes and is now one of the top targets for the Portuguese organization.
Sharks recently said farewell to two players from the active roster, as the newest addition, João ‘matios’ Guedes, was moved to the bench after just three months in the organization, and team captain Jhonatan ‘jnt’ Silva decided to take a step back after four years in Sharks. The experienced player said that he will give an opportunity to Riot Games’ tactical shooter, VALORANT.
As such, Sharks are looking to finalize the roster and are seeking two players, with one of the players in advanced talks being n1ssim, sources told BLIX.GG. n1ssim also played for Case Esports between the end of 2020 and mid-2021, throughout which he averaged a 1.13 rating.
Sharks qualified for the BLAST Spring Showdown North America, however, the team wasn’t able to attend due to travel issues. Since then, the team decided to move pieces on the roster.
If the two parties reach a deal, Sharks will consist of:
- Lucas ‘Lucaozy’ Neves
- Romeu ‘Zevy’ Rocco
- Richard ‘chay’ Seidy
- Vinicius ‘n1ssim’ Pereira
- Hélder ‘coachi’ Sancho (coach)
