Copenhagen Flames has said goodbye to its last player Rasmus “Zyphon” Nordfoss.
According to BLIX.GG sources, Zyphon is one step behind signing with Sprout, a German esports organization.
“Rasmus was a key part of our Major qualifying lineup and he has developed immensely since he joined in 2021. Despite being very inexperienced; he has worked hard to improve on every aspect of his game, off and on the server. His godlike aim proved crucial multiple times during his stay here and I’m sure his upward trajectory will continue on any other team. We wish him all the best going forward, and will be forever grateful for what he has helped us achieve the past year,” said Copenhagen Flames CEO Steffen Thomsen.
Copenhagen Flames tried to sell the team as a whole but as a result, its players went to different houses.
Jakob “Jabbi” Nygaard joined Heroic, Daniel “Vorborg” Vorborg became Evil Geniuses’ coach, Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen is on his way to join G2 Esports, while Nico “nicoodoz” Tamjidi and Fredrik “roeJ” Jørgensen transferred to fnatic.
