The Ukrainian esports organization HellRaisers Esports has announced the departure of Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin.
“These decisions are never easy. But the team goes first. Today we say goodbye to Daxak,” the organization noted on their own social media accounts.
This happened after the player himself wrote with surprise in his Telegram channel that he was not going to the Lima Major with the team with which he had qualified for the tournament. He promised to reveal the details later and noted that some people had prevented him earlier from joining HR.
The management of the organization hasn’t explained the decision in any way and neither commented on the replacement of Daxak in Peru.
HellRaisers’ sports director Maria “Inverno” Gunina said that she would not comment on the parting with the athlete now and would ask the team not to say anything until the emotions cooled down.
Maincast’s studio caster Aleksey “STORM” Tumanov suggested that Daxak would be replaced by Alik “V-Tune” Vorobey, who recently left Natus Vincere and already has experience playing with HellRaisers as a stand-in.
HR ranked third at DPC EEU 2023 Tour 1: Division I and won a ticket to the Lima Major with BetBoom Team and Team Spirit from this circuit.
HellRaisers’ Dota 2 roster currently is:
- Gleb “depressed kid” Zyryanov
- Matvey “MieRo`” Vasyunin
- Vladislav “Antares” Kertman
- Alexey “Solo” Berezin
