Valve, Dota 2 developer, has decided to release Dota 2 patch 7.33 on April 20, Team Secret manager Matthew “Cyborgmatt” Bailey reported on Twitter.
He noted that information was leaked from ESL One Berlin Major 2023 teams. Cyborgmatt added that the patch will be significantly larger than a normal gameplay patch.
With the Berlin Major taking place on April 26, there won’t be much time for the participating teams to adapt to the changes in the game.
But even bigger troubles await the participants of the DreamLeague Season 19 playoffs, which start on April 22, with the Lower Bracket Semifinal. They’ll have to prepare to play on the new patch in the shortest possible time.
